With the help of an interior designer, you will select materials and finishes for your space. We'll review your design and make any tweaks needed.

We'll develop a detailed scope of work, preliminary project timeline, and assign budgets for certain elements of your renovation i.e. bathroom fixtures, to further refine our initial cost estimate. We provide cost plus or fixed pricing, whatever is better suited to you.
